How to Print a Cheque Using ChequeMaster?

ChequeMaster is a simple and effective software designed to help you print cheques accurately and easily. Whether you are printing personal or business cheques, this guide will walk you through the steps to ensure you get your cheques printed correctly.

There are many ways to print a cheque. But before this, you should create cheque book first. Refer How to Create a Cheque Book article for this. After creating cheque book, you are ready to print your cheques.

Navigate to the "Print Cheque" option from the left-hand navigation menu.

On this page, you will see a list of banks along with the cheque books created for each. Select the desired Bank and then choose the corresponding Cheque Book. This will display a table with all the cheques from the selected cheque book, each listed in separate rows. Check screenshot below.

In the table, click the "Print" button next to the cheque you wish to print. A popup will appear where you can enter the cheque details.

After filling in the required information, click the "Save & Print" button to print the cheque.

The quickest method is to enter your cheque number in the top search box. This will take you to the Search page with all matching cheque numbers.

Select your cheque number, and a popup will appear to fill in the cheque details. After entering the required information, click the "Save & Print" button to print the cheque.
